Looking for something to do? Boys track is beginning some preseason training and you are invited to join us. Coming to workout with us right now doesn’t commit you to joining us in April, but it will give you an idea of what we do and how you might improve with us. We are working in different groups over the next three weeks:
Week of February 8 (2/8, 2/10, 2/11): sprinters (interested in running 100, 200, 400, or long or triple jump), meet after the hour of the day at Coach Piper’s room (N14).
Week of February 15 (2/17, 2/18): all throwers begin, meet after the last hour of the day at Coach Friedman’s room (F2).
Week of February 22 (2/22, 2/24, 2/25): all distance runners begin (interested in 800, 1600, 3200), meet after the last hour of the day at Coach Friedman’s room (F2)
If you are participating in basketball, swimming, or football preseason, continue to go there and join us when those seasons end.
